We have a wide variety of CNC machines which enables us to meet our customers requirements. We strive for excellence and continually explore new innovative ways of providing the best possible service to our clients. With a particular specialism in 3D milling and 4th axis machining, we have the ability to machine complex shapes and profiles.
We are a well-established CNC manufacturing company, always invest in the latest machine tools and cutting-edge technology. We have the capabilities to produce a broad range of precision components using either conventional CAD drawings or the latest 3d modelling software working with DXF, STEP, IGES and PDF files. We are capable of machining a wide of materials these include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and plastics.
Our CNC turning capabilities range from 2mm up to 300mm diameter with a maximum length of 500mm. Our largest CNC mill allow us to machine parts up to 1000mm long by 500mm wide.

Our Machines
Hurco VM20I
One of our larger CNC milling machines, the Hurco VM20I, empowers us to manufacture parts up to 1000mm long and 500mm wide. This machine is predominantly used for 3D milling.
3D milling is a rapid manufacturing process using software to create complex toolpaths turning the customers 3D designs into metal or plastic parts.
Dugard Eagle 3000
The Eagle 3000 is perfect for manufacturing large components given its ability to turn up to 300mm in diameter and 500mm in length.
Dugard ECO 760
The Dugard ECO 760 is perfect for large volume production. The efficiency of this machine enables us to offer market leading lead times. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide excellent quality in realistic time-frames.
Dugard Lunan 500A
The Lunan 500A is fitted with a 4th axis, enabling the cutting of material at the same time as A-axis rotation. This allows complex arcs to be machined, such as the profile of cam lobes, and helixes.
4-axis machining enables us to machine angled features, otherwise not possible with a 3-axis machine.
Dugard Eagle 1000
The Eagle 1000 is our most powerful machine perfect for rapidly removing large chunks of material. It allows us to machine large parts given its sizeable bed (1000mm x 510mm).
Dugard Eagle 20
The Eagle 20 allows us to produce large volumes of small turned parts in a cost-effective and timely manner.
